Thank you Risheen for you fast response.
There is still the matter of the R3599 debited from my account.
And last week when I gave the lady the new sim card number she said that the reactivation fee will be
R295 and on the sms that I got the reactivation fee is R345.
I would also like to know what exactly I paid for when I paid R1594 at the Mall of the north branch?
