Renewed contract and took the Samsung 32" LED phone deal, contract was approved and sales consultant promised it will be delivered within 3 days.
It's 3 weeks later no one has called me to say what's wrong, I had to call in for you to tell me you are out of stock, then you told me it will come the following week, it's been 2 weeks since then and still nothing. Calling you also just sends me from one consultant to another with no clear answer and no results and no callback as they promise. This is outright pathetic, no customer service at all.
