I took out my contract with Nashua mobile 3 weeks ago, I was told my device would be delivered 1 week after my opening my contract, yet they fail to contact me or let me know what's happening.
The service is terrible I'm on the verge of cancelling this whole deal because why should getting a phone take so long? By the time I get contacted half the month would've already passed by.
I expected better service from a reputable company such like nashua mobile, but I suppose I was wrong.
