I had a contract with MTN and they handed me over to VVM but the closing balance on my MTN Statement and my beginning balance on my VVM Statement is not correct. I am still paying but the debt seems to grow instead of increasing

I have been complaining at MTN as well as VVM but it seems like a dead end. NO SOLUTION OR ANSWERS AT ALL, NEVER MIND CORRECTING MY ACCOUNT!
