I called Telkom today to (1) change passwords, (2) add cellphone number for SMS purposes, (3) find out different prices for different services and (4) to change our telephone package and internet option. My calls were answered swiftly, the persons were extremely polite, patient and helpful. I got all the answers I wanted and they changed our service as requested. Very impressed. Thank you!
