I sent ADT an email on 30 July requesting information in order to possibly cancel my service, which is not being used. I have not even had so much as an acknowledgement from a person, only a ticket number (E02D4F7517F79).
I want a response to my now numerous emails, I have been more than patient. Please respond via email as I have requested. DO NOT try to phone me because you will not get hold of me telephonically.
Please also note that I have requested feedback from one of your call centre agents (Nicole Rossouw) via email and she didn't have the decency to respond either.
