Two weeks no phone went for repairs under guarante

Two weeks now no phone went for repairs under guarantee wanted me to pay R181 for repairs not up to me to pay as guarantee supposed to cover repairs - William Manqoba Letwaba contacted me beginning of week said he would sort out gave him ref number that was the last i heard from him
This is absolutely shocking service i am paying a debit order on this phone!!!
