I purchased 1Gig data from them. Didn't use all of it. When I checked my balance it was zero. I called customer care and they told me its zero. Then I purchased 2gigs of data and used 16, 5MB but when I checked my balance, it was zero yet again. I called them to ask what was going on, the lady says to me their data lasts for 1 month only. No 1 informed me of this rule. None of the stores canal walk vodata and zevenwacht. Not even the call centre, vodacom's, agent whom I spoke to the first time around. Saturday, 08/3/13, I call them again, customer service and demand that they escalate this issue because I don't have R279, 00 to donate to vodacom month after month. I was given a reference number, S3-TKP3Q-Q5UCN, by consultant. I have not received any communication from vodacom whatsoever.
