I recently purchased a Prepaid SIM - 0715251775 for data bundle and it was mentioned that its R149 for 1Gig. Nowhere it was mentioned that I can not use Online Banking Channel to get the promotion. I used my fnb banking account to purchase the promotional data bundle and it debit'd R279 for it.
I am very disappointed with this. On calling the customer care, they tell me they cant help which is absolutely useless.
I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom since 2002 and my monthly billing for the past few years been /-R2000. Vodacom services have deteriorated drastically, call quality has become very poor and 3G coverage is alsnot not great anymore. I am thinking of changing service providers like y'day. Currently I am just stuck in a contract. As soon as I am done with this, I will surely change it.
