OVERCHARGING

I was phoned with an amazing upgrade offer only available at Sandton Telkom store for a Samsung galaxy S4 for R399 a month. I upgraded my contract and what a mess it has been from May 2013 when I got my first statement from Telkom mobile... They charge me an additional R300 add-on device fee over and over again!!! I have been to the Telkom mobile store numerous of times to get this additional charge sorted with no luck! Telkom even overcharged R1500 at a time! It takes 3 months to get the credit back and they did not even credited everything! This is ruining by bank account as I can never budget due to Telkom!!! They take their money with a debit order every month then still say the money is due and double charge me the following month!!! I have had it, so I went to Sandton to get it sorted out for the third time and was received with an attitude by an Indian employee, only when I went back a second time they opened up a case again! only this time to have paid R1430 and when I got my November statement I still owe the R1430 so I now have to pay R 2346.50. After the credit they even back dated the R300 and added that to my account times 3!!! I HAVE HAD IT AND WANT AN AUDIT!!!
