Vodacom ignores customer's request for phone swap

I requested Vodacom to swapcredit my phone, after having brought it in for 3 times consecutively with a difference of - a week in between each repair... On my 3rd visit I requested a swapcredit on my phone and Vodacom ignored my request, further more they didn't even bother to send my phone to the Advanced Repair Centre that they forced me to send it to.

On my 4th visit I requested it again, and once again they ignored my request, and nothing was done. They did a software upgrade that didn't work the first time they tried it.

Now my phone has gone to repairs for the 5th time, and I haven't had a phone for something just over 1 month.

I am really upset and hope something is done about my phone very soon, as I feel this is extremely bad customer service.
