Cell C, I have sent faxes, I have submitted online queries, even emails. In this day and age, I will not be phoning your call center, to hang on for hours, just to have the line dropped. So don't even suggest that I phone your call center. I feel that surely you should be able to respond if I make use of the other three communication options. My question was simple - "Is there any way for me to opt out of my cellphone contract? ". I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in this regard.
