Lack of knowledge from Sales Person, Bad Service

I have just experienced an inconveniencing level of incompetence at your West Street branch. I saw an HP laptop (iHP HP G6 INTEL I5 G6-2203SI, ENVY M6 and item number 00597789) going for R6999, only to find out that it is also in your weekly booklet too (when I got in that store). I then proceeded to the sales person on the floor and specifically showed and told him what I wanted, in which he told me that they have it in stock and refused to bring the box down, telling that I have to pay for the laptop first. I proceeded to the tills where I paid for the item, gave him the receipt and he went up to get the laptop. He came back and brought the wrong laptop (a pavilon). I told him that is the wrong one, and he showed how uninformed he was by insisting that it is the correct one. After a long while he realized his wrong and went up to check for the correct item.
I was using my account, now have to wait working days. At the same time I might not get the laptop by then. Got a call-back voucher, but don't know how long it is going to take and I need a laptop ASAP.
There was not even enough effort to find out from other stores before proceeding with the refund...
