My June account from Cell C included an amount of R329, 74 for 62 calls listed as Integrat content services.
I contacted Cell C who informed me that this was for a subscription service. I told them that i had not subscribed to any additional service & was told that I should contact WASPA 0114767710 to find out what service this was. I contacted the number & spoke to Jackie & told her that I had not intentionally subscribed to any service & demanded that I be refunded. She said she would put a stop to the service (& sent an email to confirm this). I was told to contact her in 7 days to find out what the service was & regarding the refund. It appears that complaint numbers are monitored & forwarded to voice-mail as I have not been able to get through since. I do not receive any reply to messages left on the voice-mail nor replies to emails sent to [Email Removed] . I have complained to the the National Consumer Council as this appears to be an unethical organization. I have not downloaded any music, videos nor any other information from any WASPA group. I'm not sure about the ethics of Cell C in this matter??
