The morning of Friday the 26th of April I loaded R50 airtime (Cell C) and proceeded to have a nap. I woke up alat around 12 and discovered I had 0.12 cents airtime remaining. I also received an sms:

"Welcome: [URL Removed] This subscription service is charged at R20 per day. To unsubscribe send THUMBS STOP to 37445. Support at [URL Removed] or call 0213009895"

I phoned Cell C customer care and they gave me the number for Smarcall Tech to unsubcribe as they (Cell C) could not do it for me. I NEVER SUBSCRIBED to this service in the first place. I have since unsubcribed as at 13:25 (26.04.13).

I would appreciate the airtime unlawfully deducted from account is returned as soon possible. I'll be happy to provide any necessary details to make this happen.
