I found money been taken off my phone at R 14 a day. i phoned cell c. i was informed that a company called opera interactive. they had illegally taken money off. i was told to phone them. i phoned and i was charged triple the normal call rates. i have been trying for over a week they do not answer. i phoned cell c. for help. i phoned WASPA For help they also never answer the phone. is there anyone out there to protect me from these scamers. i can't top up my account as my money will be .can hello Peter please help me. between cell c who ale making money off these 3rd party applications but then they take no responsibility for it. but yet they allow these parties to our money. also WASPA who are supposed to protect us never answer there phones or emails. hello Peter can you help me.
