Poor service and response time

1 - It took a full week for a consultant to respond to my Home loan application.
2 - It took a further week for an approval in principle.
3 - Attempts to call the number she gave me and the numbers on the letter of approval are never answered and always give a busy ring tone.
4 - The quotation was sent after 5 days (now a full 2 weeks after initial application). I responded as requested giving a time I could be contacted to discuss the quotation. Sindisiwe replied via email, saying that she would call me today. I have not had a call from her. I am unable to contact her as all numbers remain unanswered. A call to customer services has office hours ending at 5 so another day without help to complete this process.
5 - As I explained to Sindisiwe days ago, I have other home loan offers which will expire today and now am unable to compare offers.
