How is it possible that I get a response from CellC on my last HelloPeter post, claiming I will receive a phone call and that 'someone' will address my complaint, yet to this day NO ONE has bothered to follow through with what they say!! I want my grievance to be addressed or I will have little choice but to create a PR nightmare and I will take my money somewhere else!!! This lack of decent customer relations it aborant to say the least!
