On 15th of July spoke to Carmen wanted a quotation on DSL line. I told her i am still with mweb .she told me to cancell it first .i did not not confirm anything with her non send the form back. I am surprised on my statement ADSL has been linked and billed .if it has been installed .i have not received anything from telkom (modern or IP fixed address). This is shocking that telkom can bill me without any communication and i have not utalised
