No respose, no feedback, no service

Upgraded my contract 05/02/2013 ref no and all. Got my phone in May due to stock problems. Phone was faulty, i send it back and they promise new one and will send tracking number and all. Today is 14/08/13, still no phone and not a word from them either. Unable to contact them. They don't answer any phones, sms nothing. It is my nearest branch and it is 300km away, so no going over quickly.
