Upgrade still outstanding

I upgraded on the website, and then had a call from a person that they will only receive stock in about 2 weeks.
after a few follow ups from my side, I then I had a call that they can supply me with a "space grey" color, which I actually wanted from the start.
Then on Friday i had a call that they will send my phone, and get it yesterday or today. After i phones this morning and they said they wil lhave to get back to me still today, I had to call again now at just before 5. I was then informed that the phone was not dispached yet, as it was still not invoices. All i would have liked is some feedback on why i have not yet received my new phone and sim card? I must keep on following up, and have not had a call back on feebback on problems ect.
