I have upgraded my contract on 1st May (i have 3 contracts with them) and after 5 days the phones were freezing and lossing charge. I contact Cindy the next day whom helped me to upgrade and she said i can bring the phones back for a swop as they had stock or i can change it for something elese. I phoned this morning to confirm as i wanted to go during lunch time as i have limited time and Cindy was not in. Sandre has bad attitute as she said well im not her customer, Jodi couldnt help me and put me to the Manager who is Yvette and she said they must send it away and i will be without a phone. That is not what was said when Cindy explained to me. I find this extremely unethical as this is done before my 7 days return policy!!
