Unable to get hold of the call cente

I applied for a credit card at FNB, I was told to email trough 3 months bank statements and a copy of my ID which I did. I then received a sms stating that my quotation will expire withing 5 days and that I must sign the quotation and fax it trough. I did not receive anything to sign so I tried to contact FNB after being on hold for a hour I hung up seeing as I cant stay on the phone the whole day, I tried again later for half an hour to no avail. I then decided to go to the branch the person who assisted me was also on hold for half an hour with no answer. Tried to phone again today and still says high call volumes. This will be the second product I am leaving at FNB because of the call center, I previously applied for a car loan and had the exact same problem. There was no IT profession listed on the website and the branch could not find any either they then tried contacting the call center and was also on hold for hours. While I am glad I switched to FNB these kind of issues are becoming a problem I wonder if beep bank will answer their phones.
