My son handed his Blackberry in for repairs on the 22 July and was told it would take 10 - 15 days to have it repaired. After phoning numerous times have been told that an e-mail has been sent to head office and they are waiting for a response. Phoned customer care line and was told the turn around time for repairs is 4 - 6 weeks. Not interested in helping me at all. Told the lady would cancel my contract in Jan. no response.
