Im paying for MTN fault! - No update on progress

I am still waiting for some update on the progress of fixing this "issue" - its been months, I cant understand how this can take so long to rectify but in the meantime its all good to bill and take the money!!!

This is unacceptable. Will you please tell me who will pay for all the calls I am making to find out whats going on.

IS this what I get for being loyal and staying with MTN???
