On the 8th of August 2013 I went to do an upgrate ad Vodashop which is at the Grove Mall in Lynwood. My papers were processed early in the morning and later got a call to come and fetch the phone. Upon my arrival the lady that helped me made me sign additional papers. She then fetched the phone an put it in the desk, went back to the back to do something. The phone was from the desk without it been given to me with the receipt and sim card. Now the manager Shane claims that it is my responsibility to have watched the phone so that it is not whereas I was busy on my other phone. The phone was never handed to me so how could I be responsible for it been on their consultant desk. The consultant adviced me to claim from the insurance which is actually because it was only loaded on my account on the 9th of August 2013. I have sms's to prove that. It seems as if they have been getting away with this and am not gonna take it lying down.

I am thinking of taking legal action against Vodacom SA. I am not willing to pay for somthing that was never given to me.
