I have been emailing client services and MD desk with no response since 7 November 2013. I then called into your MD help desk on Friday 8 November 2013, spoke to a person called Mamelu and was told that she will call me back shortly with resolution. I have not received a call back or resolution. I assume that his means that Nashua Mobile is really not interested in me as a client. If so, at least reply and tell me to get lost, as Nashua Mobile is really not interested in my request.
I am really not asking for Nashua Mobile to give me something for free, my request was simple, I had to do an insurance claim because my phone was damaged. I requested for a different phone from the consultant at Midrand store and was told sorry, you will get the same phone back. My insurance contract on the account was payment for a certain value and i would like a replacement within that value. I am not asking for anything more.
The consultant handed me the phone I did not want and said that there was nothing else that can be done. I have not opened the phone and requesting that i return this to choose another phone to the value of my insurance subscription value stipulated in the policy.
