I did my contract upgrade through Elite, and even though I insisted I didn't want any extras that were going to cost me money, they debited three seperate orders instead of just the R150 upgrade fee. Because I hadn't planned for them to have added two random extra debit orders, they got returned, costing me R284 in bank fees. If they had tacked on their imaginary charges to the original R150 in one debit order, it would still have been more than I was anticipating and would still have bounced, but because there were three I got charged by the bank for all three failing. I have phoned to have this rectfied, and the soonest they can get back to me is on Monday. I do not have R284 to waste, and I had to borrow money to cover the extra expenses. I have rarely ever been this angry and frustrated about a service I am paying my hard-earned money for.
