Double billing

I, Elmarie Morabe took a loan of R5000 in 2011 Feb. My loan ended today 01/03/13, the last debit amount was for R210 as it showed in my last statement I received, but only to realise wen I requested statements from the bank, they have debited my account double. R284.58 and R209.03. According to the consultants from African bank there is no sch amount, but according to my bank statements and the bank consultants, the money did go off. Where the R284.58 comes from now, none of the A/BANK consultants can now explain. All i know is that the previous month's statement said I am finishing this month with a last debit of R210 including all extra charges as confirmed by another consultant whom i spoke to on Monday. I am, because It is money i have not been informed off and I did make prior arrangements to shift my debit date. I asked if i wont be charged extra and the answer was no. They can play back their conversations which i doubt they really do record. Where else can one complain to if they cant provide any explanations or help.
I am deeply disappointed. Never in my life will I ever do business with them.
