Why cant you bother to read what a complaint is before calling us and asking what's wrong, then when you tell me what is written compared to what we have explained for the last two years I understand why we still have the same problem.
Live up to your what you claim in your adverts, become professional, and no please don't call asking what's wrong, go read the complaint log first.
It is no wonder one ends up loosing ones temper with your staff. please go listen to the last recorded conversation on Sunday as well as yesterday morning. Then COMPARE them to the two calls recieved today, Its clear no form of liason exists there at all.
