I installed a phone line for me on the 31/05/2013 and asked Telkom about pricing for an adsl line.
I went with the Mweb option since they are cheaper and for the last three weeks Mweb can not activate my adsl line because Telkom refuse to activate it, saying that I took a adsl package with them.

Everytime I phone Telkom to complain about it, they try to sell me another adsl package.
I never took a package from them, only asked about the options and pricing.

I really wish we had another phone line supplier in the country, because I`m fed up with Telkom at the moment.
