This is my second report on a issue with this store and manager. Ativ tab peeling off - reported 3/5 and received not joy. reported hellopeter and Samsung then received tab via courier on28/5. On 4/6 the tab was sent back without any notification. and I am still waiting. Man oh man!!! Please be so, so sure to know that when this contract is finished, I will NEVER EVER EVER again let any of my family members or myself sign ANYTHING that remotely looks like something like a contract with Vodacom. I have told my students at school about this incident and the ongoing saga of poor customer service. Word of mouth is very powerful. This contract is almost R1, 700 @ month. Had I only known this beforehand I would have run as fast as I could to the nearest door and kept on running!!! I do not want this manager to telephone me, because I will not be responsible for the words with which I would answer her. I am counting off the months. Then it is me and mtn or any other provider. I am so disappointed. I have been a loyal Vodacom customer since cellphones came out. So disappointed.
