Excellent assistance and customer service

I am not in South Africa and so my situation was a very difficult one. I needed a lot of things sorted out, and Ms Hendricks worked tirelessly to assist me. She was able to act with authority and her professional and friendly attitude will remind me always that there is such a thing as great service in South Africa.
