Yesterday had a really great experience at the store. They are busy with changes in the store had to find someone to assist me to get the size required as some of the items are so high. The assistance was so helpful. Then going to pay for my purchases I had a really friendly professional lady assist me. Some people just make a difference. Working with the public is never easy but I do believe that Thembi has an attitude will take her very far when dealing with customers
