After having been really frustrating with trying to sort out my claim following a bumper bushing, I've met Anzelique Osborne. She really went out of her way to assist and was always professional and friendly. Although it took 12 weeks due to errors by various other people, Anzelique managed to have everything fixed professionally without anyone losing their temper or threatening.
