Hi Veronica,
I cannot make sense of your email. If the Feb invoice was debited on the 1st April, what was the R569, 40 paid on 1st March for? If the debit only went in 1st April then still that wouldn't be a problem since I double paid in March anyway. There is nothing wrong in admitting incompetence on MTN behalf, that shows that the company is thriving to be better. Admitting that you inconvenienced and overbilled me is not a weakness, MTN should take account and responsibility. ICASA and everybody else knows that MTN is taking advantage of the public and taking them for granted, you don't believe me, read the complains.

Why write a whole essay without answering me. Is it that hard to say we made a mistake and we acknowledge it. My question still remain unanswered, what is the amount outstanding to date? which months are outstanding that added up to 5 months? You saying a lot in your response with nothing to take for me. Are you saying the amount outstanding is R 1500, 00? or not? that was my question. you trying to come up with these political correct answers to save your job when I take you to all the Ombudsman in this world.

I just want to know if its R1500 or not...
