Misrepresenting Samsung Product

6 August 2013 upgrade at Cresta. Lucky.sales person on discussing the mini Samsung Galaxy S4. he said it was exactly Samsung Galaxy S4 but smaller, more conducive to the work my son did. We took Lucky's SELL. He also told us we could have any of the S4 contracts AS THEY WERE ALL THE SAME. Signing for the R469.oo plus. Doing the paperwork I stoped him from writing the incorrect amount I asked about a cover protector and he stated there were none in store and he would call us when he got in store he wrote our number in his diary with the promise to call. He told us to charge the phone for 24 hrs. We then discover the sim card could not fit THIS Lucky failed to mention. Saturday 10 August we found out we had been to. Ricardo stated that he would down grade the contract and would not exchange the phone as it had a crack on the screen (physical damage) he called it, I wanted the Samsung S4 as stated and led to believe was what I had taken and paid for. HOW DOES A NEW PHONE GET DAMAGED IN ONES POCKET? THE PHONE IS OBTAINED THE 6 AUGUST CHARGES FOR 24 HRS AND ON THE 10TH AUGUST HAS A CRACK IN THE SCREEN FROM BEEN IN THE POCKET. ONE MUST QUESTION THE PRODUCTS ROBUSTNESS AS STATED
