I applied for a adsl line on the 02 January and was advised that it could take up to 2 weeks for it to be activated. It is 1 month later and still no line has been activated and I dont have my adsl line.
I would like to find out when exactly is telkom going to sort this mess out. This is my 2nd post on HelloPeter regarding this very same scenario. The first post was here https:///telkom/complaints/poor-server-for-adsl-line-1298950 .
I expect to receive service if I pay for it but that doesnt seem to materialize. My escalation reference is ARS 241887 which we gave to a consultant when dialing 10210 and they were absolutely clueless where we got this reference. Telkom doesnt know what they are doing in terms of customer service thats for sure.
