Cell C SMS, Call and Internet NON Exsistent

I have a Cell C contract but cannot use my phone when at home. I cannot even send a simple SMS, it continues to fail, never mind make a call or use the internet. The phone will show 3G coverage, but you can't open a single page. I am using an iPhone 4, but nothing works on the Cell C network.
