My previous complaint refers regarding poor data service logged on 26 July 2013.
I was asked to update the software at the nearest customer care (in PMB - some 90km from me) which was eventually done, but before I could pick up the "new" replacement unit, the matter was closed! But, as I had only collected the new dongle on Saturday and tried it today lo and behold! same problem - connects and then disconnects!!! so suppose the problem is with the computer I use? but it works fine with the MTN data card! I tried the modem at home and no problems works fine!!
I am fed up with VODACOM and need to know what to do to get out of this contract - a rip off since the service I signed up for is not being honored!!! Taking the modem back to the Customer care costs ME time and money!
