I'm one of those people who complains when I get poor service, so i think that its only right that good service should be praised. I wanted to port my prepaid cell number from MTN to Cell C. Not knowing what this entails I took my RICA docs and headed off to Cell C in Canal Walk. To my surprise the admin process took all of 5 minutes. The staff member I dealt with was friendly and seemed willing to assist. The biggest surprise came when I was ready to pay and was told that it was FREE, that's right FREE. Service like that usually comes at a premium. Cell C really is a service driven company, and if that is how our relationship has started out, then i look forward to many happy years together.
