I wished to query a Bioplus product, and, from the BioPlus website, obtained an e-mail address of a contact person, [Email Removed] I sent an e-mail to this address, detailing my concern over the fact that the sizes of boxes of two 200ml BioPlus syrups purchased at two different pharmacies, were different. My concern was that one of these may be a counterfeit product.
My e-mail message came back undeliverable.
I called the number on the website (0860Adcock), and the lady answering the phone informed me that the e-mail address I had used was no longer valid, as the lady had left the company. Why does Adcock Ingram, a so-called reputable company, not update its website?
Even more pathetic was that, when I was transferred to the product person (BioPlus) to speak to, the phone rang for ages before I was cut off, obviously when it bounced back to switchboard.
HAS ADCOCK INGRAM GOT NO TIME FOR PEOPLE WHO BUY ITS PRODUCTS?
