I have been a client of MTN for 10 years. I have been getting messages saying that Im in arrears which Im not, after complaining to the call center they stopped. I pay them every month on the same day. Now because I made a payment on time but the day was a SUNDAY there system did not pick up the payment and my lines were cut. Now beacuse of their system I have to phone them and say hey its sunday please dont cut my line. What is that, I asked that my billing cycle due or date be change (what due date for an account is on the 16th of a month as far as I know due dates are normaly at the end of the month) and I got a mouth full from the Supervisor who was going to phone me, Yesterday who did not and I had to phone back twice to be assisted by Someone who in actual fact sounded like a record that got stuck repeating the same thing over and over instead of trying to go the extra mile to assist me. If I did not upgrade in December I would have cancelled my contract with MTN seeing as they dont need loyal customers.
