I have had my Nedbank Credit card for 3 years, eversince October 2012 I am being listed as a late payer on my ITC due to the payment due date on my credit card being listed as the 16th of every month. I have been working for 4 years and never have I gotten my salary on the 16th of any month. Why all of a sudden did my due date change to the 16th? Now I can not apply for any other credit as I am listed as a HIGH RISK due to this bank!
I asked them to change my due date to the 28th or the last day of the month and I was told that I need to settle the account before they can change the payment due date. I want NEDBANK to clear my ITC as I was not the one who told them to make the Payment due date the 16th and they must also change my Payment due date to the last day of the month, as that is only when I get my salary to pay them.
