I have a loan with nedbank nd the due date is on the 20th. From last month in July they started deducting from the 17th and they could not get any funds. That affected me badly with the bank charges and the bad record. They sent an sms saying that if I don't pay I will have a bad record. I called the support center and the lady was not helpful. She said it happed because the 20th july was on sunday or something. I told her to change the date make it 22nd to avoid this in future but she said its not possible because it has to be on a salary date. I don't mind if its on the salary date but you don't take it in the salary date you take it way before. In august the same thing happened for the credit card I phoned and it was sorted. Funds were deducted on saturday 17-aug instead of tuesday 20-08. The same thing happed with the loan again this month. They ducted today 19-08-2013. And the next thing I get an sms treatening me that I will be listed on Buro. This is not acceptable, absa and capitec never gave me a problem. Is your system not working or you don't trust me??? Please change that debit order date because to you, the 20th is the 17th. I get paid 20th whether its a holiday, sunday
