Iv been with mtn for a while now, on June the 21st Iv upgraded a contract from a voice line to a data line for the TV deal and rooter. Its been almost 2 months from the date and have not received my TV for the upgrade at all.2 weeks ago i was email that i should do a payment and of the 5th of august i was send a letter stating if i don't pay within 10 day ill be handed over to the legal department, Iv been in and out of the store but all iv been told is they awaiting feedback... but yet they want me to pay for something I signed for but not received. Now that i want to cancel everything for bad service, I'm told i need to pay up the contract witch is not a complete package at all.
