Cell C
No signal all over Helderberg area

I have a cell C data contract for my ipad 3. since i have had it the signal/service has been pretty good. however over the past few weeks (month and a half) its been on and off all the time and at no perticular time or place. i have logged this issue with cell c but no response yet? please help
