Vodacoms 4G LTE service suddenly drop to 3G in the Sunninghill, Maxwell Drive, Johannesburg as well as the Silverlakes, SilverLakes Road, Pretoria Area from repectively 29/7/2013 and 2/8/2013 without any prior warning.
I have a 10 GIG LTE Vodacom contract and do not receive a LTE service... if i wanted a 3G service i would have payed for it in the first instance.
This is causing a lot of frustration on my side; since i am downloading and transferring large files.
The situation is totally unacceptable.
I have logged numerous complaints without any reaction.
I will definitely consider another service provider in the future.
