Still no resolution to my complaint

I made a complaint about virgin on 27th July. I have had one response since then which was a very confusing listing of some of the calls. No refund of my monies has been forthcoming and no satisfactory resolution of my complaint. Ihave e-mailed londiwe who initially resonded to my complaint and have had no response. I am back in the same situation I started off at.
