I have had a highly frustrating experience from Vodaworld Midrand (with over several months of futile complaint resolution attempts). After COUNTLESS feedback calls wherein promises were made (by Vukile: Complaint Resolution Manager), I have had nothing forthcoming thus far yet. My contract has expired and I am sitting with a dysfunctional Blackberry 9800 handset (which was swopped out over 9/10 times). The apathy and complacent attitudes of the managers concerned leaves much to be desired. I am utterly appalled and disillusioned at the ironic "world of smiles" logo... which has left me with nothing but frowns & disgust.
